jquery element properties is not loading in rjs file elements? -

i using rails3 , in application auto complete-functionality there. when users/new template auto-complete functionality working. users/new partial file also. if want call ajax request file , auto-complete field not working.

from knowledge jquery properties not applying rjs or partial file elements .
