php - Images not showing up in Media Library -

i have same problem described in thread: wordpress - images not showing in media library . thing solutions described in thread not working me.

i have tried chmod files including "uploads" , folders/files under that.

any other suggestions how solve this?

edit: im able se images in media library, not under custom fields , featured images.

give try, access file using web browser full url it. if can open using web browser, there not issue in permissions or chmod. confirm permission.
