Position of Keyboard Android at SoftInputMethod=AdjustPan -

i'm having big troubles position of keyboard on 1 of applications : need set keyboard stay under specific textview , not focused one.

here in image example of want achieve.

i'm using windowsoftinputmethod=adjustpan. there way set position(or target) keyboard? in advance
