ios5 - iOs / Phonegap: Load external mobile site? -

so i've been looking @ (iphone phonegap based app load external website made of componentone) thread , wondering if same still holds true today? i'm planning on making ios app little more load external site created jquery mobile. idea of course use same site many plattforms possible.

1.) if apple still reject apps redirects, option create native ios app?

and,

2) if not, what's simplest solution solve this? i've been testing pageinit fires changepage, isn't working.

i'm pretty sure apple reject application if native shell redirects website. can same functionality creating book mark on home screen launches website. expect following rejection letter apple:
